    We want nothing more than to make you happy. We want you to be a return-customer and would not do anything intentional to jeopardize that. But sometimes things happen, and for that we apologize. We learn from our mistakes to improve our business.
    Before you send it back, here are some other options to conceder… 1. Give it as a gift to the next person to cover your shift. 2. Leave it to a patient that you think would like it. 3. Kiss butt and give it to your supervisor. 4. If apparel, keep in your locker or car at work, you’ll be glad you did.
    Here is our return policy in short.                       We WILL take it back if…     1 Any product is defective in any way      2 If we sent you the wrong item than is listed on your receipt.                     We will NOT take it back if…      1. If it was used.      2. If it is past 30 days.      3. If you bring it into work and someone mistakes it for a bedpan.
　If it is an exchange, you pay for the shipping back to us, and we ship the exchanged-item to you for free. If it is a return, you pay for the shipping back and we will credit your account for the cost of the returned merchandize only.
